McKenzie joined PGR Media 20+ years ago after stints in San Francisco with FCB and Boston with Arnold Worldwide. With experience across National, Regional and Local market clients, he has worked in the health care, finance, footwear, retail and beverage categories. In addition to leading media planning and buying teams, Mckenzie ensures the operations of the agency run efficiently and effectively for our employees and clients alike.
Regina is Managing Director of PGR with over 23+ years in media and advertising. Her agency experience includes Mullen and Hill Holiday. Regina has worked with Starwood Hotels, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara, Audley Travel, Boden, Chico’s, and Banfield Pet Hospital, a division of MARS. Before joining PGR 18+ years ago, Regina managed the Marshalls, HomeGoods and TJX Hispanic media accounts at Hill Holliday in Boston.
Desiree has spent 13+ years building successful Brand and Performance media campaigns for clients spanning various industries: Westin, Sheraton, Celebrity Cruises; Vera Bradley, Chico’s FAS, 7 For All Mankind; StriVectin, Sexy Hair; Neiman Marcus. Skilled across all media, Desiree’s unique ability is strategic vision for holistic multi-channel orchestration and execution.
Mike has an acute understanding of the planning and execution process working across all channels from Brand to Performance. His gift for numbers and analysis coupled with a fierce curiosity, led him to focus on Analytics where he seamlessly integrates into teams, providing detailed analytics through integration of media and client data. Experience on Celebrity Cruises, Harry Winston, MCM, Hasbro, Kaplan University, Sonesta Hotels, Chiquita Banana, Alex & Ani, Wisdom Panel, and Banfield Pet Hospital.
Emily joined PGR in 2017 from Havas Media and has over 12+ years of integrated digital experience. Her career began focusing on digital display and continued to hone her craft over the years expanding digital channel expertise and running the gamut of client goals from engagement to conversion. With a strong background in leading strategy and seamless execution, she brings with her experience working on clients such as McDonalds, Tyson Foods, Banfield Pet Hospital, and Starwood Hotels.
Rachel joined PGR Eight years ago to provide integrated and digital first knowledge in strategy and execution. She started her career more than ten years ago at Havas Media, executing display and paid search programs. She is specifically focused on developing results-driven integrated media strategies for clients that are custom tailored to meet their goals. She brings experience working across Choice Hotels, Sonesta Hotels, Fidelity, Lands’ End, Banfield Pet Hospital, and Nantucket Hotels.
Ali joined PGR seven years ago and provides experience with Video & Audio, including both Traditional TV/Terrestrial Radio as well as emerging Streaming tactics. Her knowledge and genuine curiosity for the space offer wholistic strategies tailored to meet specific client needs, reaching the ideal consumer through sight and sound. Ali has worked with Starwood Hotels, Hurtigruten Cruises, Chico’s, Santander, Lands’ End, Mercari, Alex & Ani, LingoKids, and Banfield Pet Hospital.
